Coming Home to Self
A Nature-based workshop for cultivating authenticity.
September 20, 2025
**We have shifted the workshop to one day to meet the needs of community members**
Join us for a 1-day workshop centered in exploration and deep connection to self and the natural world. We will dive into the heart of what it means to live authentically through nature-based experiential activities and mindfulness practices. We will create space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, build relational awareness, and explore the patterns that shape how you show up in the world.
This workshop is designed for women seeking deeper connection to themselves, others, and the natural world. You will leave this workshop with a renewed sense of self, a spaciousness in your heart and a remembrance of the belonging that lives within and around you.
“In the past, changing the self and changing the world were often regarded as separate endeavors and viewed in either-or terms. But in the story of the Great Turning, they are recognized as mutually reinforcing and essential to one another.”
― Joanna Macy

The day will consist of mindful conversations, group processing, various teachings, journaling prompts, connecting to land, to others and to self. You will begin to imagine how to take this work with you and integrate it into your “ordinary” life. We will break for lunch for one hour.
