I believe therapy is a place to slow down, get curious about ourselves, and explore what might be keeping us stuck. My approach draws from Gestalt therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and person-centered counseling. I focus on what's happening in the present moment, including our emotions, relationships, and the ways we experience ourselves in the world.
I work collaboratively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Rather than trying to fix or change who you are, we'll explore your experience together, building awareness and finding new possibilities for moving forward.
After 20 years as a business owner, I followed my own path of change and earned a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. I bring both that life experience and a genuine interest in people to my work as a counselor.
